Steps in the Registration Process
1 - Create a Pleenk Account
Provide your personal phone number, a valid email address, and a secure password.

Enter a secure password: at least 8 characters including a number, a letter, and a special character (# @ ? ! -).
2 - Verify Your Email Address and Phone Number
A verification email will be sent to the provided address. Click the link in the email to confirm your address.
A verification SMS will be sent to the provided phone number. Click the link in the SMS to confirm your number.
If necessary, you can still modify your phone number and email.
3 - Complete Your Identity
Enter the required information such as your:

Gender
First Name
Last Name
Date of Birth
Place of Birth
Nationality
Country of Residence
Please note, these details must match the identity documents you will later need to scan. Do not use nicknames or pseudonyms, as your profile will not be accepted by the operator verifying your identity.
This information is essential for securing your account and facilitating the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

4 - KYC Procedure
To activate all the features of your account, complete our KYC process by:
taking a video of one of the accepted identity documents:

National ID card
Passport
Residence permit
